| So! It's March now. Spring hopefully right around teh corner.. and this means that my mood is going to get much better. Most of those who know me are aware of my mood swings during the winter months. We got a bit of a snow storm last week, but nothing to horrid. Now things are starting to get nice and warm!
After a long discussion with a fellow L2 gamer about the metric system and how his arguments were not making sense. I have decided to start reading teh book that he was getting all of his information from. Mainly to make sure that perhaps he's not relaying the info across to me exactly as the book meant it. After reading it i plan to duke it out with him once more. Muahaha! | | |
| Sorry I haven't posted anything in a few days. Am preparing for company this weekend and trying to catch up on some needed clutter removal. We still had boxes of clothing unpacked from the move. (a year ago) I'm going through to make sure we can get rid of them.. though we've gone this long without whatever is inside these boxes for this long, I probably should just stick em in my car and take them to good will. Just in case though, I'm going to make sure I didn't stick anything important in there too :P | | |

Ok, i use the term board trolling quite a bit. Mainly b/c i am one! :) Its not a bad thing at all, it just means someone who is constantly there, and answering posts. Even when an answer is not needed. I think i mentioned the way on forums there is just babble.. thats what the term has always meant to me over the past 5 years of RPG forums. i have an example that i'll link, but it won't make any sense to anyone. It's gonna look wierd and not make any sense at all. (that was your warning)

| It has taken a year of coaxing from my mother and sister to get me to try out this whole blog thing. In all honesty, I find it very strange. This is not at all rational considering I spend the majority of my day visiting and posting on forums, playing RPG's and generally chit chatting online. I spent most of last night trying to figure out what was so different about blogging.. why it makes me uncomfortable. I have decided that all discussions are based off of what you post in here, rather than the random back and forth babble on the forums. Nobody really posts anything of any substance there. Part of this comes from a conversation I had with my mother on the phone a few nights ago. Where she was asking me why I don't post more stuff. I think I find it difficult to post on here b/c I see it as a sort of online diary.. somewhere you post your thoughts of the day.. things that have happened etc. With that said.. I am a rather private person. Some of my thoughts and activities are not only extremely dull to the rest of the world, but at the same time... I don't really know that I would want the whole world to know about them. I am trying to get over this, b/c as my mother pointed out.. it makes it easier for her to be able to know what I am up to. Since I no longer live near home, and phone calls are often cut short by other family members needing to go somewhere, call someone, choir practice or work. it has made it difficult to keep in touch as much as I would like.

My sister in law is in fact coming not this weekend but the following one, for sure. Should be a fun trip, though as I have said in earlier posts, I'm not really sure how to entertain her here. She has recently gotten a new job at some sort of food rating magazine I want to say.. I really don't remember the name of it, but its some little book you get when you visit New York that rates the restaurants, and tells where to go for different types of food or experiences you're looking for. Sounds like a fun job to me! So I'm trying to brush up on my cooking before they get here. Meaning.. must learn to make something that looks fancy but isn't. They've come here many times - mainly holidays - but not just to visit. So I'm looking for some ideas on a main dish to make. | | |
| Well the boat's holiday party went fine. Was going to wait til we had some pictures to put up.. but then i remembered i don't have a scanner! We ended up having to leave kinda early since Dale had duty the next morning............................

Omg! if i get one more telemarket call today i am going to get rid of my house phone! The phone has been ringing nonstop for months with calls from teh exact same company! Not only will they refuse to give me messages for my husband - who they are calling for - but they also have been told no by him numerous times.

My sister in law is now comming not this weekend, but the following one. Im not sure what we're going to do yet.. would make more sense to me if we went to visit her in NY. There is absolutely nothing to do here in yukky CT! | | |
